Who we are

Best Agent is owned and operated by Amit Khatkar, REALTOR®, of Saga Homes Group at eXp Realty of Canada, Inc., 301-3450 Uptown Blvd, Victoria BC V8Z 0B9.

What we collect

Your answers to the matching questions, and the name, phone number, email address and any note you submit through the contact form. We also record how you arrived at the site, including advertising click identifiers and campaign parameters, so we can tell which advertising works.

How we use it

To have a REALTOR® from our team contact you about real estate services, and to measure our advertising. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to agents outside Saga Homes Group.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained in line with the record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed real estate professionals in British Columbia, and then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and you can ask for a copy of what we hold or ask us to delete it. Email amit.khatkar@sagahomesgroup.com or call 250-507-8949.

Cookies and local storage

We store advertising and campaign parameters in your browser so that a lead submitted later can still be attributed to the advertising that brought you here. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

Advertising measurement, and what those services receive

We run two measurement tools on this site: a Meta pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking. Both are told when a page is viewed, when an enquiry is submitted, and when a call is booked, along with the value we attach to those steps and a random identifier we generate for the event. Neither is sent your name, your phone number, your note, or your answers to the matching questions.

Google Ads also uses a feature called enhanced conversions. When you submit the form, the Google tag takes the email address you typed, converts it into an irreversible hash in your browser, and sends that hash rather than the address itself. Google uses it only to match the enquiry to an ad click. Your email address in readable form is not sent to Google or to Meta.

If you would rather none of this ran, use the Do not track me on this site link in the footer of any page. It stops both tools immediately and for every later visit from the same browser, and nothing further is sent.
